| Technology transfer is not only an important engine driving innovation and development,but also a weak link of independent innovation strategy.At present,there are some problems in technology transfer,such as strong external dependence,small scale and scope,low intensity,weak economic effect and social impact.The existing research mainly discusses the influencing factors of technology transfer from the dimensions of technology characteristics,transfer subject characteristics and external environment,and the research perspective mostly focuses on the macro level between countries or regions,and there is less research on the internal mechanism of enterprise technology transfer.In the face of the requirement of "giving full play to the dominant position of enterprises in the national technological innovation system" clearly put forward in the report of the 19 th national congress,the lack of understanding of the internal mechanism will lead to the lack of action guidance for the application point of supporting policies,and can not reasonably guide enterprises to benefit from technology transfer.As the essence of technology transfer,knowledge elements will obviously have a decisive impact on technology transfer.Knowledge innovation characterized by the creation and reorganization of knowledge elements can not only form a two-way interaction with technology transfer,but also jointly drive technological innovation.For example,chip giant AMD made up for its lack of knowledge chain in the field of DPU by acquiring the core chip enterprise Xilinx,so as to enter the communication and other market segments and become one of the top ten chip enterprises in the world.ARM,a semiconductor intellectual property provider with more exclusive knowledge,obtains a large amount of license income by licensing chip design architecture to Intel,Samsung,Qualcomm and other companies.Therefore,the research of technology transfer should be combined with knowledge innovation,and based on the interaction between them,explore the solution path to expand the scale and spillover effect of enterprise technology transfer and improve the ability of enterprise independent innovation.Based on the system perspective and taking enterprises as the research object,this paper deconstructs knowledge innovation and technology transfer,and explores their interaction and common mechanism of technological innovation.Firstly,based on the theory of knowledge reorganization and knowledge potential difference,this paper analyzes the internal operation mechanism of enterprise knowledge innovation and technology transfer,and analyzes the interactive operation mechanism of the two along the system context of knowledge foundation-knowledge potential difference-technology transfer power-Search Strategy-knowledge absorption and integration-knowledge reorganization-innovation output.Secondly,it selects the key factors affecting the system from three aspects: the characteristics of micro enterprise knowledge,the characteristics of meso technology trading network and the macro institutional environment,and analyzes its mechanism.Finally,based on the theoretical analysis,this paper constructs the enterprise knowledge innovation technology transfer system dynamics model,takes the new energy vehicle enterprise as the sample to analyze the sensitivity of the model,and compares the impact of different factors and their combinations on the system.The results show that:(1)there is a positive circular feedback relationship between enterprise knowledge innovation and technology transfer.(2)The difference between the combination potential of knowledge elements and the combination utility of knowledge elements determines the ownership of the supply and demand side and the level of technological innovation.The low concentration of knowledge elements will not be conducive to the absorption of knowledge by enterprises,so as to inhibit the transfer of technology;If the concentration process of knowledge elements is too high,it will lead to developers falling into "technology trajectory trap",which is not conducive to technology diffusion and innovation.(3)The diversification of technology trading objects,especially the technology trading with innovation subjects outside the enterprise group,is more conducive to obtain complementary knowledge.The technology trading within the enterprise group needs to control the scale,otherwise it will inhibit the accumulation of knowledge base and the output of innovation achievements.The deepening of the relationship strength between technology transaction subjects will reduce the technology transaction cost and promote the knowledge absorption,internalization and re innovation of the technology transferee.(4)Enterprises enhance the potential of knowledge portfolio,and the government constructs a more diversified and inclusive technology trading market,which has the greatest synergy for technological innovation.(5)Intermediaries can promote technology transfer by reducing technology complexity and trust risk and improving enterprises’ understanding of their own knowledge resources. |
