The Research On The Problem By The Knowledge Transfer Of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance

With the coming by the era of economy, the speed to update the knowledge become fast, the life of technology products become shorter and shorter, and the competition structure of market has changed while the market-competition gradually into technical knowledge competition, technical knowledge of continuous innovation ability which is measured as the the core essential factor in enterprise competition ability. And the knowledge capital [1] is displacing the material capital which becomes the key elements for competitive enterprise. Because the characteristics of the knowledge, it is so difficult that the enterprise required for developing only rely on their own strength of the knowledge, the industrial technology innovation coalition becomes the important way to gain the new knowledge and new technology for any enterprise. But base on the league’s practice at present, the knowledge transformation influenced by every aspect factor, so it is always hard to achieve the enterprise’s expectation. Therefore, the knowledge transfer influence is particularly important in the alliance.This paper put forward the problem by research consortium knowledge transfer, based on the study of literature review; we could clearly know theory of the research present situation related to the paper and the development direction in the future. Then we analysis the influence factors of the knowledge transformation from the industry technology innovation in the alliance by the angle on three phase respectively. Based on the analysis of theoretical, we research the process in many aspects and levels in the alliance of knowledge transfer by using the theory of system dynamics, finally give out the system dynamics model for the alliance of knowledge transfer, we could gain the key influence factors and marshalling sequence through the simulation results of the various factors affecting knowledge. The coalition establish the league by policy to improve the competitiveness of the countermeasures and measures, also puts forward suggestions for the union development. For the next seek to promote knowledge approaches to realize the transformation to provide ideas, also can achieve success for knowledge alliance knowledge transfer provide practical reference and support.
