Research On Optimization Of Operation Mode Of The Space Nine

With the continuous development of the economy of China,public demands of science popularization have been increased on a day-to-day basis.A science and technology museum,as a vital role in science popularization field,has been one of the most important venues for launching regular public exhibition of science popularization.In addition,its development has attracted massive attention of the authorities due to its importance in national science popularization.However,it is obvious that relying on the national financial allocation alone cannot meet the huge dam and for science popularization.Therefore,in order to meet the demands,some science and technology museums invested by private capitals have been established.The Space Nine is one of them.Nevertheless,since the opening of the Space Nine,although it has gained a considerable reputation and won the honor of "Xi’an Youth Science and technology education base",it still cannot make ends meet.How to optimize the operation mode of the Space Nine,turn losses into profits,and provide reference for the operation and development of similar science and technology museums is what this paper will discuss.This paper adopts literature analysis,inductive analysis、questionnaire and case analysis.Firstly,this paper collects and sort out relevant literature at home and abroad,and defines relevant concepts.Secondly,it introduces and analyzes the current situation and current mode of the the Space Nine,deeply analyzes its own advantages and disadvantages,and points out the existing problems in the current operation of the Space Nine.Then,through the introduction of well-known science and technology museums at home and abroad,it summarizes the four current operating modes of science and technology museums,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,and compares them with the current mode of the Space Nine,from which we can obtain optimization inspiration.Fourthly,through questionnaire survey to obtain data and analyze the factors that visitors value and the direction they are willing to pay money and time costs,this provides a basis for specific recommendations on optimizing the operation of the Space Nine.Finally,from the perspective of five factors of management operation mode,namely finance,technology,production and operation,marketing and human resources management,the paper provides suggestions for the optimization of the operation mode of the Space Nine by contrasting with the operation modes of science and technology museums at home and abroad,Finally,based on the analysis of the Space Nine,the purpose of this paper is to bring up viable suggestions for all of the private science and technology museums in this industry.Hopefully these suggestions could enhance the sustainable development and expand the influence of private science and technology museums in order to accomplish the mission of science popularization for the public.
