2021 is the first year of the 14 th Five-Year Plan,which calls for continuously strengthening the position of agriculture as the foundation of the economy.With the continuous maturation of the socialist market economic system,China’s agricultural development also needs the specialized production and organized operation of new agricultural operators to continuously improve the scale of agricultural production and efficient and high-quality output.Therefore,Jilin Province should continuously improve the management level of new rural professional cooperative organizations,deepen and perfect the internal management system of specialized farmers cooperatives in Jilin Province,make it standardized and scientific,and accelerate the realization of agricultural modernization.As a big agricultural province,Jilin Province has a large number of farmers’ professional cooperatives.Although the professional farmer cooperative of Jilin Province has made great achievements,there are still some problems.During 2020-2021,the author conducted field research with Jilin Federation of Specialized Farmers Cooperatives for many times.The author selected 138 representative farmer specialized cooperatives in Jilin Province as the research object,based on the reference of domestic and foreign research results,analyzed the current situation of farmer specialized cooperatives in Jilin Province and the internal management status of Jilin Province farmer specialized cooperatives.This paper finds the following problems in the internal management of farmer specialized cooperatives in Jilin Province: the concept of cooperative management is outdated;The management mechanism needs to be improved;Financial management to be standardized;There are differences of interests among members;The cultural quality of the members is low;The problem of shell societies is prominent.According to the survey results,questionnaires and other relevant data,the influencing factors of the internal management standardization of farmer specialized cooperatives in Jilin Province were determined,and the influencing factors were analyzed descriptively.Finally,the following eight factors were selected: the amount of capital subscribed by cooperatives;The number of member households of the cooperative;The education level of the chairman;Whether to introduce professional managers;Financial norms;Whether to hold "three meetings";Whether to prepare a surplus distribution plan;Whether to carry out quality education.Binary Logistic regression model was used to analyze these eight factors.According to the results of binary Logistic regression analysis,it was found that the education level of the director,whether to introduce professional managers,financial norms,whether to hold "three meetings",whether to prepare the surplus distribution plan,whether to carry out quality education and internal management standardization of farmer professional cooperatives in Jilin Province were significantly correlated.There is no significant correlation between the amount of subscribed capital and the number of member households and the internal management standardization of farmer specialized cooperatives in Jilin Province.According to the relevant theoretical basis and empirical analysis results,the following suggestions are put forward: train the management subject,establish and improve the team;Optimize operation mechanism and strengthen internal management;Perfect the management mechanism,standardize the financial system;We will carry out education and training to train high-quality farmers.
