| At present,The reason for the lack of systematic and comprehensive research on urban park supply and demand is it as a sub-topic of park accessibility and equity.The index system still are social benefit indicators,like "number of parks" and "park area",and lacks consideration of the ecological value of urban parks.The research on the demand side of urban parks only focuses on residents,without considering the ecological needs of regional parks.In view of this,building a systematic and comprehensive evaluation system to evaluate the supply and demand level of urban parks can provide important help to find the imbalance of supply and demand of urban parks,guide the coordinated development of supply and demand of urban parks.On the basis of analyzing related policies and academic literature of urban parks,the main functions of urban parks are summarized into two aspects: ecological value and social benefit.The evaluation index system of urban park supply and demand was constructed from this two dimensions of ecological value and social benefit,the weight of each evaluation index was determined by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy,and the Coupling Synergy Model was selected as the comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,Zhanggong District of Ganzhou City was taken as an example to conduct the comprehensive evaluation of urban park supply and demand.In order to realize the coordinated development of urban park supply and demand,the city park with unbalance between supply and demand should be incrementally upgraded.In order to verify the practicability of the comprehensive evaluation system of urban park supply and demand and the feasibility of the upgrading path,an empirical study was conducted on the urban park in Zhanggong District of Ganzhou City.The results are as follows: From the perspective of supply and demand matching,the comprehensive score of supply and demand in Zhanggong District is 0.1646 and 0.4608,indicating that supply is smaller than demand and is in a state of supply deficit;From the perspective of supply-demand coupling,the coupling degree score of Zhanggong District is 0.6777,which is in the moderate coupling stage,indicating that the supply system and the demand system of the urban park have strong interaction;From the perspective of collaborative development,Zhanggong District scored0.4443,which is on the verge of imbalance,indicating that the degree of coordination between the supply system and the demand system of the urban park is average,which needs to be paid attention to.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the unbalance of supply and demand in Zhanggong District.By building new urban parks,Zhanggong District urban parks are promoted from good coupling stage to high quality coupling stage,from near imbalance to barely cooperative state.Based on the above evaluation results,the collaborative development and promotion path of urban park supply and demand is explored,and the Location Allocation model is used to locate new parks,so as to narrow the gap between supply and demand.Through the introduction of various vegetation,the addition of sponge facilities,the implementation of cultural park and other countermeasures to improve the quality of the existing urban park,improve the service efficiency of the park.This study provides theoretical reference for the planning and construction of urban parks by constructing the comprehensive evaluation system of urban park supply and demand and designing the collaborative path of urban park supply and demand. |
