The Study Of Construction Of Virtual Technology Business Incubator-incubation Metwork

The scientific and technological incubator is a brand-new social carrier used for boosting the technological innovation of enterprises, and accelerating the development of high and new technology industries. It is an important component for enhancing our independent innovative capability to construct a Virtual Network for Technological Incubation, which is based on IT and communication technology. The author systemically expounds the basic academic issues such as organizational, operational and functional realization of Virtual Network for Technological Incubation, then puts forward the constructional scenario of central cities-based Virtual Network for Technological Incubation. All of these are based on the requirement of our own innovation capability for the construction of technological incubating system and the reference of international experience of Virtual Network for Technological Incubating construction, and also integrated with the author's working experience into it.At the beginning, based on the systemic analysis on the development of technological incubator at home and abroad, as well as theoretical research findings on incubators, combining with the incubator cases analysis, the author sets up the theoretic system of Virtual Network for Technological Incubation which is based on the conceptual definition of Virtual Network for Technological Incubation, linkage and difference between Virtual Network for Technological Incubation and actual network as well as analysis on the function and elements of virtual network of technological incubation. Using the above-mentioned theory as a tool and using linguistic model and flowchart model to abstract structural pattern, operational management pattern and expanding pattern of Virtual Network for Technological Incubation theoretically, the author brings forward the following three structural models: "Center— Satellite", "Equal players" and "Core—Media" and three operational management models: "Institution-oriented model", "Institution- industrialized model" and "Enterprise-oriented model". Based on the work above mentioned, the author presents the theoretic models as so called "Civil Running Incubator with Governmental Assistance" and "Secondary Incubating" for constructing Virtual Network for Technological Incubation. These points are reformation and innovation for current constructional model of technological incubator.
