| This article uses the theory and empirical analysis,case study research method,on the basis of the development of high technology industry in our country and the strategic positioning as the breakthrough point,innovative from the perspectives of coupling coordination and measure the high technology industry innovation chain and coupling coordination degree of the industrial chain,and in order to China’s high technology industry development bottleneck,namely innovation chain and the present situation of the industrial chain of fusion,This thesis analyzes the factors influencing the integration of innovation chain and industrial chain of high-tech industry in China.First of all,this article systematically combed the related literature and research,from the perspective of the interaction of innovation chain and industrial chain at the same time analyzed the mechanism of double chain integration of high technology industry,including exploration double chain integration path and the influence of government behavior,the results show that the government in promoting high-tech industry in the process of the double chain integration should be prioritized expansion of environmental policy,We should promote the transformation of supply-side policies into demand-side policies,and at the same time,all policy tools should be effectively connected and combined with historical data.Secondly,based on the analysis of the development status of China’s high-tech industry and the relevant data of 31 provincial regions from 2009 to 2019,this thesis constructs the index system of high-tech industry innovation chain and industry chain,and measures the degree of high-tech industry double chain integration through the coupling coordination degree model.And take Fujian province as an example to analyze the double chain coupling coordination of provincial high-tech industry.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of domestic high-tech industry is low on the whole,and most provinces have low coordination degree,and the coupling coordination degree of high-tech industry innovation chain and industrial chain is significantly different in different regions,showing the geographical agglomeration characteristics mainly in the eastern region.Thirdly,in terms of influencing factors,the AISM method is adopted to analyze the influencing factors of the dual-chain integration of high-tech industries,providing a new idea for analyzing the influencing factors of high-tech industries.Results show that the number of research institutes,technology import spending,buy domestic technology spending,R&D activities,R&D activities of companies,companies,research and development institutions formed on high technology industry innovation chain and industrial chain coupling coordination degree of the influence of the root causes,is to promote China’s high technology industry an important point of double chain integration.Among them,the number of enterprises with R&D institutions has the most basic influence on the coupling coordination degree.Increasing the proportion of R&D institutions in enterprises can effectively improve the coupling coordination degree of high-tech industry innovation chain and industrial chain.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,this thesis puts forward nine specific policy suggestions from three aspects: deep root factors,middle indirect factors and surface direct factors.(1)To stabilize the deep root causes: promote the construction of RESEARCH and development institutions,improve the incentive mechanism of high-tech personnel training,cultivate and expand high-tech industrial clusters;(2)Regulating middle-level indirect factors:integrating and upgrading the layout of high-tech industries,optimizing the resource allocation of innovation platforms,and promoting the exchange and cooperation mechanism of high-tech industries;(3)Direct stimulus factors on the surface: increasing investment in innovation funds,creating an innovation environment for high-tech industries,and supporting high-tech enterprises to deploy globally. |
