With the rapid development of the economy, excessive energy exploitation has led to the increasing scarcity of natural resources, and the acceleration of industrialization has also caused serious environmental pollution. In this regard, the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)has entered the public field of vision and put forward new requirements for enterprise development: enterprises should not only pay attention to their own economic interests, but also be responsible for the environment, society and consumers in the process of production and operation. In order to cope with this problem, many manufacturing companies have entrusted professional recyclers to recycle obsolete and old products and remanufacture them for production and sales, and this closed-loop supply chain model is becoming more and more extensive. In order to improve the operational efficiency and competitiveness of the closed-loop supply chain, manufacturers as market leaders will choose to cooperate with other node members of the supply chain to reach cooperative alliances.Based on the above background, this paper establishes a closed-loop supply chain system for the operation status of Company A’s closed-loop supply chain: consisting of the dominant manufacturer(Company A),a single retailer as a follower, and a single third-party recycler.According to Company A’s four different cooperation strategies(no cooperation,Company A only cooperates with the retailer,Company A only cooperates with the recycler, and Company A cooperates with both the retailer and the recycler),the corresponding Stackelberg game model was constructed, and the CSR behavior of the manufacturer(cooperative alliance)was taken into account. The equilibrium results in the above game model are obtained by the reverse solution method, and the optimal cooperation strategy choice of the manufacturer when considering CSR factors is explored by comparing and analyzing the optimal decision-making results in different models. In the case analysis part, based on the actual situation of Company A,the impact of CSR acceptance on the equilibrium result in different cooperation strategies is explored. The results of this paper show that regardless of CSR commitment, product recovery rates, retail prices, demand, and overall supply chain utility are optimal when the manufacturer choose to work with both the retailer and the recycler, and worst-case scenarios when the manufacturer do not.The net utility and total supply chain utility of manufacturer-retailer cooperation are always greater than those of manufacturer-recycler cooperation, but when the cooperative alliance bears a deeper degree of CSR,the manufacturer-retailer alliance profit will be greatly damaged, and the total supply chain profit will be lower than the manufacturer-recycler alliance situation.Based on this, this paper provides suggestions for improving the existing problems of Company A’s closed-loop supply chain, which helps the leading manufacturers in the closed-loop supply chain to adjust their cooperation strategies according to their own conditions and reasonably assume corporate social responsibility.
