Research On The Growth Effect Of China’s Emergency Industry Development Baesd On System Dynamics

In recent years,with the rapid economic development,public crises and natural disasters occur frequently in China,causing huge losses to the country and society.In order to ensure the safety of life and property of the public,it is necessary to improve the national emergency management and vigorously promote the development of China’s emergency response industry.Since the government proposed the concept of emergency industry in 2014,the emergency industry has achieved certain development results.However,as an emerging industry,the factors affecting the development of the emergency industry are still unclear.Based on this,studying the influencing factors of the emergency industry is conducive to promoting the growth effect of the development of the emergency industry,thereby promoting the development of the emergency industry in China.Based on the theory of system dynamics,this paper studies the growth effect of China’s emergency industry by analyzing the influencing factors of emergency industry and building a model.First,the five factors influencing the emergency industry of government,enterprise,economy,market and technology are selected as the variables of the model.Secondly,combined with the theory of system dynamics,the causal diagram of the influencing factors and the system flow diagram of the emergency industry are determined,and the system dynamics model of the development of China’s emergency industry is established and tested.After that,four scenarios were simulated by adjusting the parameter values of variables,and the simulation was carried out based on Vensim PLE software to study the impact of single factor and combined factors on the growth effect of emergency industry under the four scenarios.Finally,a comparative analysis is carried out according to the simulation results.The study found that increasing the input level of any factor alone can promote the growth effect of the emergency industry,but compared with the combined factors,the improvement of a single factor has limitations.In addition,in different stages of emergency industry development,the five influencing factors of government,enterprise,economy,market and technology have different promoting effects on the industrial growth effect.In the case of limited resources such as policy support and capital investment,in order to promote the development of the emergency industry,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures:in the early stage of industrial development,emergency management capabilities should be enhanced,government regulations should be strengthened,and enterprise management levels should be improved to optimize industry resources.In the midterm of industrial development,it is necessary to improve technological innovation capabilities and strengthen the transformation of technological achievements.In the long-term of industrial development,it is necessary to play an active role in the economy and optimize the emergency industrial structure.In the entire process of industrial development,it is necessary to increase the output of professionals and expand the emergency market demand.
