Research On The Optimization Of The "Internet +" Training System Of Enterprise

Modern society has entered the information age,with the continuous development of big data,cloud computing,block chain,artificial intelligence,and other technologies,information technology in the field of education and training further penetration and integration,especially by the impact of the covid epidemic,education training has accelerated the pace of mobile learning,online training,web training and other methods.This dissertation will take the training system of enterprise A as the research object,combine the application practice of "digital learning platform",and introduce "Internet+" training system since the early stage of training system construction,guided by ERG theory and learning organization theory.Under the guidance of ERG theory and learning organization theory,the current situation of the training system of enterprise A will be studied in depth through questionnaires,interviews and literature research.The optimization principles of the training system of enterprise A are: the principle that the network training platform should be adapted to the training system;the principle that the orientation of training needs should be in line with the development strategy of the enterprise;the principle of promoting enterprise performance improvement with hierarchical training;the principle of differentiation of training courses,and then the five aspects of strengthening the analysis of training needs,improving the quality of courses,optimizing the process control of the digital training platform of enterprise A,improving the evaluation mechanism,and increasing the training incentives Then,we put forward the optimization guarantee measures.By optimizing the "Internet+" training system of enterprise A,it can make enterprise A organize training more effectively,spread corporate culture,guide employees to the strategic development goals of the enterprise,create a team of employees with the appropriate quality needed by the enterprise,help the enterprise reduce costs,increase efficiency,and create revenue,and promote the development of the enterprise.The research of this paper can also provide a reference for start-up state-owned enterprises to build an "Internet+" training system.
