In recent years,with the development of network information technology such as big data,cloud computing and the popularity of mobile devices,people are increasingly dependent on the Internet,but with the increase of information security risks.Due to network information security industry in China started relatively late,the total number of network information security practitioners is seriously insufficient,especially the shortage of high-end talents,resulting in high employment costs.Strengthening internal staff training has become an important means to solve the talent problem.XD company is a large Internet information security private enterprises,which is currently applying for listing.Network information security research and development talent is the key factor of the company's strategic transformation and stable development after the transformation,so it is crucial for the company to build an effective training system.Through the questionnaire and depth interview method and literature on the investigation of the training system of XD company,a lot of there problems are discovered,including: lack of necessary training demand analysis,single training methods and means,formalized training effect evaluation,lack of dynamic database of staff training,and weak training teachers,etc.The main reasons for these problems include: the lack of strategic training concept,the lack of professional training management team,and the difficulty in implementing the training system.In view of the problems and causes,according to the theories related to training and the actual situation of the company,according to the principle of strategic guidance,the principle of employee-centered differentiation and the principle of long-term dynamics,the overall idea is to build a comprehensive and three-dimensional training system that connects online and offline,and complinates internal and external resources,and formulate the optimization plan.Specific measures are: setting up strategic training concept,improving the training consciousness of all staff;develop Iing online intelligent training management platform and building dynamic training database;using training transfer prediction,perfecting training demand analysis,enriching training methods and means,perfecting training effect evaluation mechanism,and improve the training effect evaluation mechanism,to optimize training process;strengthenning the construction of trained teachers to improve their training capacity.In order to promote the implementation of XD company's training program,we must strengthen the organizational and institutional guarantee by establishing a training and development center,a professional training management team and a sound system;provide fund guarantee by standardizing the training budget and setting up special funds;creat a good learning environment and training transfer atmosphere by building a learning organization.We will optimize the training system in an all-round and multi-dimensional way,to improve the company's training management ability,cultivate more high-end r&d talents,reduce the employment cost,and help the company's strategic transformation and long-term development.At present,the Internet industry is in a period of rapid development and traditional industries are undergoing transformation.The research on the training system of XD company is helpful to provide some references for other enterprises,especially for the training management and research work of the Internet industry.
