| In the current world situation,the insurance industry is developing rapidly to meet the diversified needs of the people.From the perspective of dynamically changing market,the competition of insurance market share has formed the development of diversified insurance companies.While each insurance company competes with each other,the foundation of the company’s life has gradually changed from its own development and enterprise system to the appropriate formulation of the most reasonable performance evaluation standards in the gradual optimization of enterprise system and management,so that all aspects such as fair distribution,talent absorption,staff motivation,and enthusiastic work are gradually valued.The rationality of the performance appraisal system will become the most important factor in the development of the company.This paper uses the field employees of X Insurance Company as the research case to analyze and study the field performance appraisal of insurance companies.The experience gained from the analysis of the performance appraisal systems of various countries in the world is taken as a theoretical study.Based on the operation of X Insurance Company,the problems of the existing performance appraisal system are explained and analyzed.Apply case study,literature study and other research methods.Emphasize the importance of performance results and attach importance to the planning process.It provides an effective basis for the construction of performance culture and the establishment of enterprise performance mechanism.Based on the actual basic situation of X Insurance Company in terms of performance appraisal,combined with the current actual problems,we can get reasonable suggestions on improving the management appraisal of X Insurance Company by analyzing the reasons for the problems of insurance employees in the implementation of performance appraisal. |
