With the vigorous development of digital economy,data has become the new factor of production,and the process of data marketization is accelerating.Data transaction is the key to the marketization of data elements.Data exchange is the basis of data transaction,and also the core carrier to connect data supply and demand,which can improve the efficiency of data elements marketization.At the moment when national and local policies are intensively introduced to support the development of data transactions,data exchange spurts in many provinces,aiming at the title of "National Big Data Exchange".As the first big data exchange in China,GY Big Data Exchange Company is predominant in the industry.In the face of various uncertainties in the future data factor market,it is crucial to GY Big Data Exchange to shape its strategy going forward.Strategic Management is theoretically supportive in this paper.Based on the current situation of GY Big Data Exchange Company,the paper mainly discusses the development strategy of the company.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation and problems of the company.Secondly,by using PEST analysis,Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model and VRIO analysis,combined with external factor evaluation EFE matrix and internal factor evaluation IFE matrix,the key influencing factors are quantitatively evaluated.Then,by taking quantitative strategic planning matrix(QSPM),the strategy with higher attractive score can be selected.To sum up,the most suitable strategy at this phase is the growth-oriented development strategies.Guided by the growth strategy and long-term goals,this paper makes a macro deployment from two aspects: functional empowerment and market expansion.To ensure the effective implementation of the diversification strategy,corporation culture shaping strategy,organization system optimization,branding strategy and marketing strategy will be taken to provide reference for the sustainable development of GY Big Data Exchange Company.
