Study On Township Food Safety Supervision

Food safety is related to people’s livelihood in our country and everyone’s health and life safety.In recent years,by strengthening supervision and innovating supervision mode,our country has created a good food safety environment for our food consumers.However,as far as supervision power is concerned,it is concentrated in urban areas and supervision at the grassroots level is still weak,which has become a major issue to be solved urgently.After many reforms,China finally implemented the food safety supervision system of "segmented supervision as the main,variety supervision as the auxiliary",which involves many departments,links,fields and levels in the supervision,is a difficult and complex systematic project,which brings certain challenges to the township food safety supervision work.In order to consolidate and promote township food safety supervision and further improve and optimize township food safety environment,this paper takes the township of Shicheng County in Ganzhou city as the research object,combines the theories of government failure,information asymmetry and public governance,analyzes the existing problems and causes of township food safety supervision in Shicheng County,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,this paper described the research background and significance,summarized and evaluated the domestic and foreign research on food safety supervision,so as to determine the main content and thinking path of the research.Secondly,related concepts and theories are expounded to lay the research foundation.Again,the analysis of Shicheng County township food safety supervision status quo,analysis of supervision in the problems and reasons.Finally,the thesis puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the supervision of Chinese towns’ food safety in terms of improving laws and regulations and standard system,improving the capacity construction of towns’ food safety supervision and constructing the social co-governance mode of towns’ food safety supervision.This paper takes township food safety supervision in Shicheng county as the study object,aiming at solving the pain and difficulty in township food safety supervision and ensuring the "tongue safety" of township people in Shicheng County,hoping to provide thoughts and countermeasures to improve the efficiency of township food safety supervision.
