Today,entrepreneurial activities are essential for economic development.They not only promote national economy but serve as an effective way to material wealth and even spiritual fulfillment as well.Internet entrepreneurship has become a symbol for this era.As the key links of the entrepreneurial activity,the entrepreneurial opportunity identification of Internet entrepreneurship and traditional entrepreneurship are under impact from various factors.This research focused on the factors that influence traditional entrepreneurial opportunities.The main factors are personal characteristics,entrepreneurial alertness,social network and priori knowledge.With the fact that there few studies concerning impact on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition factors of Internet companies,this research set up a new perspective and aimed to investigate differences between entrepreneurial opportunity recognition factors of Internet companies and that factors in traditional entrepreneurship.Based on reviews of previous studies from domestic and foreign scholars,this study selected two Internet company A and B as a case study.First,a detailed description of the basic situation of the company A and B,their entrepreneurs as well as entrepreneurial experience are recorded;Two,with case collection and summary,the thesis documented six factors affecting Internet entrepreneurial opportunity identification: personal qualities,professional knowledge,learning ability,entrepreneurial alertness,social network and entrepreneurial experience;Three,Internet enterprise E within the province is chosen to conduct the further research,questionnaire and on-the-spot investigations are used to verify the above research results,and with the interviews of general manager and deputy manager of E company,a new factor is found: Internet thinking;Four,based on the literature research,case study and in-depth analysis,this paper puts forward a theoretical model of Internet influence factors.Finally,the paper summarizes the research results,and proposes practical methods to improve abilities of Internet entrepreneurs based on seven factors and the practical scenarios.
