| In recent years,my country’s economy has grown steadily and residents’ disposable income has continued to increase.With the continuous accumulation of residents’ wealth,residents’ risk awareness and ability to resist risks have increased.Investors not only have the awareness of financial management,but also put forward higher requirements for financial products.In this context,the banking business model carries out financial product innovation,and in the marketing and promotion of wealth management products,gradually recommends high-risk wealth management products to customers.However,for the first time in the history of 2020,"negative oil prices" appeared,and the long-position customers of Bank of China’s "Crude Oil Bao" wealth management products had their long positions and suffered huge losses.The explosion of crude oil treasure has sounded the alarm for the operating risks of high-risk wealth management products.Commercial banks currently have those risk control procedures in the field of high-risk wealth management business.How should they expand the high-risk wealth management business segment in the future development,not only actively develop their business,but also properly control operating risks,and continuously improve high-risk wealth management risks The management system has become the focus of this article.This article is based on the related concepts of wealth management business and the existing risk management theories,using HY Bank as the research object,using literature analysis,case analysis,questionnaire survey methods and other methods,combined with my 7 years of practical work experience in HY Bank,To conduct research on the optimization of operational risk management of high-risk wealth management products.First,it briefly introduces the development status of HY Bank’s wealth management business,including four aspects of personnel,products,customer groups,and wealth management sales process,and introduces the development of HY Bank’s high-risk wealth management products business using agency funds and trading precious metals as examples.Next,this article will further analyze the risk performance and management issues of HY Bank’s high-risk wealth management products.During the research process,questionnaires were issued to the wealth management customers of HY Bank,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the operational risk management of HY Bank’s wealth management products.On this basis,explore the risk performance of high-risk wealth management products,and analyze the main problems of HY bank’s high-risk wealth management products from the three aspects of HY bank wealth management staff management,customer construction and maintenance,and wealth management business sales process..The personnel management aspect is the lack of professional marketing team and performance appraisal system;the customer construction and maintenance aspect is the lack of financial risk awareness and unreasonable customer maintenance;the wealth management business sales process is mainly reflected in: pre-sale risk assessment and double recording procedures In the form of product risk disclosure during the sales process,there is a lack of tracking management services after sales.Finally,in response to the identified problems that may exist in the operation of high-risk wealth management products,HY Bank puts forward recommendations for optimizing the operation risk management of high-risk wealth management products,promotes the improvement of the operational risk management system for high-risk wealth management businesses,and improves high-risk wealth management customers and operations The risk management awareness of the participants has promoted the healthy development of this business in commercial banks. |
