Development Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Tourism In Zhucheng

With the implementation of the national rural revitalization and the acceleration of urbanization,rural tourism has not only become a sunrise industry developed from place to place,but also been gradually chased by the public.As a county-level city governed by Weifang,Shandong Province,the city of Zhucheng has created plenty of useful experience on the agricultural and rural development.General Secretary Xi Jinping mentioned twice of the Zhucheng Pattern when he attended the deliberative assembly of Shandong delegation during the National People’s Congress and Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.In the development of rural tourism,Zhucheng not only have rich historical and cultural heritage,but also have advantaged landscapes,dinosaurs and other resources;Geographically,Zhucheng is located in the geometric center of Qingdao,Weifang and Rizhao;In terms of road traffic,there are two expressways and six national and provincial roads passing through the border.Therefore,it can be said that Zhucheng has good conditions for developing rural tourism.In recent years,under the active promotion and policy incentives of government departments,many enterprises have actively engaged in rural tourism,and the development of rural tourism in Zhucheng has achieved satisfactory results,mainly reflected in the increasingly diversified development subjects,strong support for key projects,cultural resources inheritance and innovation,more mature market marketing,and increasingly improved service system,which has been successfully approved as a whole tourism demonstration zone in Shandong Province.On the basis of the extensive searching on the domestic and international pertinent literature,this paper selected three main rural tourism scenic spots in Huanghua Town as the research object,and conducted a questionnaire survey and data analysis from the demographic characteristics,tourism characteristics,overall satisfaction and other aspects of the sample.The analysis results showed that the development of rural tourism in Zhucheng has such major problems as inadequate government management services,relatively single tourism product form,the quality of staff to be improved,relatively lagging infrastructure,brand influence to be expanded,etc.In view of the above problems of local rural tourism in Zhucheng,this paper put forwards15 specific countermeasures and suggestions,inlcluding rationalizing the working mechanism,optimizing the industrial layout,strengthening policy support,establishing rural tourism association,enriching tourism product formats,expanding tourism income in various ways,increasing the introduction of professional talents,strengthening the education and training of practitioners,giving full play to the role of farmers as masters,improving the rural tourism npublic services ability,elaborately planning tourist routes,enriching and broadening marketing channels,and strengthening the publicity and promotion of minority scenic spots,in combination with the theories of stakeholder,sustainable development and industry amalgamation in five major aspects of optimizing the leading role of the government,strengthening the development of rural tourism products,strengthening the construction of talent team,improving the basic supporting facilities,and strengthening the brand building and marketing,to promote the development of the local rural tourism in Zhucheng and to provide more beneficial exploration for the innovation and upgrading of "Zhucheng Model" and the promotion of rural revitalization in the new era...
