The impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the global economy is unprecedented and sustained for a long time.In addition,the wave of anti globalization is becoming increasingly fierce.Chinese enterprises are facing unprecedented new challenges such as rapid adjustment of the global economic order,deep restructuring of global industrial chains,upgrading of global technological lockdowns,and intensifying trade protectionism.In this chaotic and reborn global economic environment,the pressure of international market competition is increasing day by day.In order to quickly overcome the current survival crisis and seek new development paths,enterprises must change their original business models.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation and efficient operation of this business model,it is necessary to integrate a scientific,reasonable,and efficient performance management system to complement each other.The research object of this paper,ZTF Company,has introduced the Amoeba business model in the process of continuously exploring and optimizing its own management model,but the corresponding performance management supporting measures have not kept up with the changes in the management model in a timely manner,resulting in a series of performance management issues.Therefore,the thesis mainly focuses on the improvement of performance management of ZTF Company under the Amoeba business model,using research methods such as literature research,field investigation,case analysis,interview,and questionnaire survey to summarize relevant research on the Amoeba business model and performance management at home and abroad,refining the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the Amoeba business model and performance management,Explained the current operating status and performance management status of ZTF Company,conducted in-depth research and analysis of the problems in performance management of ZTF Company under the Amoeba business model through interviews and questionnaires,and targeted proposed relevant performance management improvement measures.The survey results indicate that ZTF Company’s current performance management lacks an effective performance management culture,the design of performance management processes is not scientific,the setting of performance evaluation indicators is unreasonable,the communication and feedback mechanism for performance is incomplete,the application of performance results is insufficient,and the construction of performance management information systems is insufficient.Based on this,the author proposes to promote the improvement of performance management in ZTF Company by building a highperformance corporate culture,optimizing the design of performance management indicators,refining management processes,improving performance communication and feedback mechanisms,strengthening the application of performance results,and strengthening performance management guarantee measures.Finally,the author hopes that the research in this paper can provide certain reference and value for other enterprises that introduce the Amoeba business model in the process of improving performance management.
