Study On The Vulnerability Evaluation Of Dairy Product Supply Chain Based On Ecosystem Theory

With the improvement of living standards and consumption capacity,the demand of Chinese residents for dairy products is also increasing.Dairy products have rich nutritional value and product types,and play an increasingly important role in the lives of residents.However,due to their vulnerable and perishable characteristics,the production,processing,transportation and circulation processes have more stringent requirements than other food supply chains.At present,the safety problems of dairy products do not only occur in the production and processing of raw milk,but also occur from time to time in the process of storage,transportation and sales of dairy products,such as "broken chain" and the temperature control imbalance of low-temperature dairy products.These problems reflect the vulnerability of the dairy supply chain and pose a serious threat to food safety.Food safety issues are related to the health and life safety of residents.Therefore,correct identification of the influencing factors of the vulnerability of the dairy supply chain and scientific definition of the subordinate level of the vulnerability of each link of the supply chain are the only way for enterprises to adopt targeted vulnerability repair strategies and promote the healthy development of the dairy industry.In this paper,the theoretical knowledge system of ecosystem is introduced into the study of the vulnerability of dairy supply chain by comprehensive use of survey and literature research methods.First,based on ecosystem theory,the system characteristics of dairy supply chain ecosystem and the special characteristics of dairy supply chain are analyzed by analogy with natural ecosystem.Then,combined with the ecological factor theory,the factors affecting the vulnerability of the dairy supply chain are summarized and tested to verify the rationality of the factors.Secondly,the components and structure of the dairy supply chain ecosystem are summarized by analogy with the natural ecosystem.From the three levels of infrastructure,organizational relationship and information synergy,combined with field interviews,the specific manifestations of the vulnerability of the dairy supply chain were summarized.Thirdly,it analyzes the operation status of the dairy supply chain with DY dairy industry as the core,constructs the evaluation index system of the vulnerability of the dairy supply chain,constructs the evaluation model of the vulnerability of the dairy supply chain by comprehensively using the AHP method,entropy method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and other methods,and evaluates the vulnerability of the dairy supply chain of DY dairy industry.Finally,based on the ecological restoration theory and the life cycle theory,the paper puts forward the repair path and strategy for the vulnerability of the DY dairy supply chain,so as to provide the corresponding decision-making reference and reference for the dairy supply chain related enterprises.
