| As an important component of the tertiary industry of our country,catering industry is an important factor in promoting the development of our national economy.In recent years,the Chinese fast food industry in our country has developed a strong momentum and has made remarkable achievement.The Chinese fast food industry has entered the new stage of business mode chain development,industry development industrialization,investment main diversification,diversification of the operation,showing the good development situation.As a typical Chinese fast food enterprise,CYX Chinese fast food Company is faced with some practical problems such as unclear development strategy and limited cross-regional development in the process of its rapid development,which seriously restricts its future healthy and sustainable development.Therefore,it is urgent to choose its own advantageous competitive strategy.In this paper,combined with the theory of competitive strategy and the strategic management theory and frontier achievements related to the development of domestic and foreign catering industry,the internal and external environment of CYX Chinese fast food company is analyzed by PEST analysis method,Porter’s five Forces model and other analytical methods,and then the weight of the factors influencing the internal and external environment is determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,EFE and IFE matrix were constructed for analysis,and it was concluded that CYX Chinese fast food company should make full use of external favorable opportunities,avoid the threats as far as possible,and make up for its own disadvantages,so as to achieve better development.After that,the qualitative analysis is carried out through SWOT analysis,and the feasibility analysis is carried out through QSPM matrix analysis.According to the analysis results,the differentiation competition strategy is finally determined.CYX Chinese fast Food Company should reflect the competitive advantages of business trip differentiation in three aspects:Chinese dishes,store service and Chinese fast food brand.Finally,it should constantly improve the company’s management system,optimize the company’s human resource management,and strengthen the construction of the company’s traditional culture,so as to ensure the implementation of the company’s differentiated competition strategy.This paper uses relevant theoretical knowledge to analyze and study the competitive strategy of CYX Chinese fast food company.According to the current situation and development trend of the catering industry as well as the current situation of the company,it explores how Chinese fast food companies can use their own advantages,meet challenges and seize opportunities in the fierce competition of the industry development trend,so as to improve their own strength.The research of this paper has important theoretical value and practical significance for CYX Chinese fast food Company and other catering enterprises to formulate their own competitive strategies. |
