| As economic globalization deepens and profound changes occur within corporate operational models,the advantages of teamwork gradually become apparent,and the strategic position of innovation constantly elevates.For domestic enterprises,this represents both opportunities and challenges.Thus,it is important to form and utilize team effectively.Since research on teams in China started later compared to other countries,particularly around team emotional intelligence,there is still no systematic approach.This study aims to further reveal the "black box" of the impact process of team emotional intelligence on team performance,as well as provide new perspectives and methods for domestic enterprises in team management.Additionally,the types and degrees of conflict that arise during team development vary;therefore,it is necessary to incorporate conflict into the emotional intelligence-performance research framework due to the complexity and uniqueness of team conflict.Based on the above analysis,this study takes teams at different organizational levels as research subjects and builds a relationship model of "team emotional intelligence--team performance" based on organizational behavior theories.The first step is to review the literature on the variables involved in the study: team emotional intelligence,team conflict,team performance,and organizational innovation climate,forming a literature review,clarifying their development history and research status,and proposing reliable hypotheses.The second step is to select mature scales from domestic and foreign sources,create questionnaires,and distribute them to employees of different companies both online and offline.The third step is to filter and organize the questionnaire data and use software such as SPSS,AMOS,and HLM to analyze the data,including reliability and validity tests,regression analysis,and cross-level analysis to test the main effects,mediating effects,and cross-level moderating effects involved in the model.The research results show that the overall team emotional intelligence and its various dimensions have a significant positive impact on team performance;team conflict plays a mediating role between team emotional intelligence and team performance,with appropriate task conflict beneficial for improving team performance,while relationship conflict reduces team performance;the organizational innovation climate plays a cross-level moderating role in the path of team emotional intelligence influencing team performance,with the higher the level of organizational innovation atmosphere,the more significant the positive impact of team emotional intelligence on team performance.Based on the empirical analysis of team emotional intelligence,team conflict,team performance,and organizational innovation climate,this study successfully constructs an impact mechanism model of team emotional intelligence on team performance and proposes relevant recommendations and measures in combination with actual business practices,further promoting the positive development of team management in domestic enterprises. |
