Since the 21 st century,the improvement of Internet technology and related hardware has continued to promote the development of various online shopping platforms,making China’s e-commerce transactions show a rapid growth trend.As an important part of e-commerce transactions,small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises have also developed rapidly.However,behind the continuous growth of industry data,the development of small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises represented by Enterprise C continues to face the talent bottleneck problem,which is mainly manifested in the high turnover rate of employees,the lack of new channels and complex talents,the low performance of employees,and the poor sense of ownership of employees.Based on this background,this thesis proposes to improve the organizational sense of belonging of employees in C small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises to affect the turnover rate,job performance and job satisfaction of employees,and ultimately achieve a win-win situation for enterprises and individuals.This thesis is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this thesis,and draws the technical roadmap according to the research ideas;The second chapter is the theoretical basis and literature review,reviewing and commenting on the theoretical basis and research data of organizational belonging;The third chapter investigates and analyzes the organizational sense of belonging of employees in C small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises using interview and questionnaire methods respectively;The fourth chapter uses analysis tools to test and analyze the sample data of field survey;The fifth chapter puts forward countermeasures to improve the sense of organizational belonging of employees in C small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises from the employee level and the enterprise level respectively;Chapter 6 draws conclusions and prospects for the study.This thesis studies the current situation and influencing factors of employees’ sense of organizational belonging in C small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises.The empirical analysis results show that the sense of organizational belonging of employees in C small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises is at an average level,and needs to be improved in general;C There is a significant positive correlation between the sense of organizational belonging of employees in small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises and the six dimensions of salary,self-realization,corporate identity,corporate management,corporate environment,and interpersonal relationship;The organizational belonging of different demographic characteristics has different effects on the six dimensions of salary,self-realization,corporate identity,corporate management,corporate environment and interpersonal relationship;Salary and self-realization are the main factors that affect the sense of organizational belonging of employees in C small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises;It objectively reflects that there are many problems in the management of C small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises.After theoretical analysis and empirical test,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,the relevant strategies to improve the organizational sense of belonging of employees in C small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises are proposed at the employee level and the enterprise level respectively.At the employee level,it is necessary to guide employees to establish correct professional values,make reasonable career planning and improve professional competence in the workplace.At the enterprise level,it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable salary and performance system,strengthen humanized management,strengthen hardware investment and software construction,create harmonious interpersonal relationships,and help employees realize themselves.
