| Nowadays,the era of rapid economic development in my country has arrived,causing many companies to face high-quality requirements,and the requirements for corporate quality culture are also getting higher and higher,but there are still many managers who do not have a deep and important understanding of corporate quality culture.Insufficient understanding of meaning makes employees unable to deeply understand their own corporate quality culture,and their recognition is insufficient,which makes the corporate quality culture unable to play its due positive role.HY Foundry also intends to carry out the construction of corporate quality culture,but so far it has not done a systematic survey and research on the situation of corporate quality culture.The research direction of this article is the research on the corporate quality culture construction of HY foundry.First of all,it conducts an in-depth combing and review of researches on corporate quality culture construction at home and abroad,and studies and analyzes corporate quality culture construction and influencing factors.Secondly,on this basis,conduct an analysis of the quality culture construction of manufacturing enterprises represented by HY foundry,combine the modern enterprise quality culture construction theoretical system and the value of the enterprise quality culture construction to analyze the necessity of corporate culture construction,and pass the questionnaire Investigate quantitative and qualitative analysis,and analyze the status quo of corporate quality culture construction for foundry employees.Thirdly,this article gives a targeted improvement plan based on the surveyed status quo of corporate quality cultural identity and the corresponding problems found,and puts forward the ideas and countermeasures for the corporate quality culture construction of manufacturing enterprises represented by HY foundry.Finally,for the research on the construction of corporate quality culture of HY Foundry,corresponding measures are proposed,including strengthening the propaganda of corporate quality culture,improving the quality management level of corporate managers,and introducing top talents. |
