Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Enterprise Quality Culture On Quality Performance

With the acceleration of economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology,quality not only makes the basic conditions and strategic factors for the survival and development of enterprises,but also one of the key factors for enterprises to acquire and maintain their competitiveness.Enterprise quality culture plays an important role in the process of improving the quality performance of enterprises.Only by changing the deep quality culture of enterprises can we fundamentally eliminate the causes of product quality problems and im prove the quality performance of enterprises.However,scholars have analyzed the influence of single or partial elements of quality culture on quality performance from a qualitative perspective,and did n ot accurately define the composition of quality culture,The viewpoint of the influence of quality culture on the quality performance of enterprises is not completely consistent.Therefore,exploring the influence mechanism of enterprise quality culture on.quality performance and discovering the influence of different elements of quality culture on improving quality performance have important theoretical and practical significance for improving enterprise quality performance through innovative enterp rise quality culture.Based on this,this paper takes the manufacturing enterprises with more quality crisis as the research object,and discusses the specific influence mechanism of Enterprise quality culture on the quality performance of enterprises.By defining the connotation of enterprise quality culture,quality improvement effectiveness and quality performance,and dividing the dimensions of variables,this paper puts foward the assumptions of the influence relationship of the three,and constructs the corresponding conceptual model.The research samples were obtained by designing and issuing questionnaires,and the experimental hypotheses and conceptual models were empirically tested by using structural equation modeling and multiple regression analysis methods.This paper further gives management reference based on the results of empirical analysis.The research conclusions provide a theoretical basis for guiding the rational allocation of resources and improving the quality level in the process of quality management practice.Compared with existing research,the main contributions of this research are:(1)It confirms the promotion effect of Enterprise quality culture on internal and external quality performance,and finds that its impact on internal quality performance is stronger than its impact on external quality performance.Furthermore,according to the results of empirical analysis,the influence degree of the five dimensions of quality culture on internal and external quality performance was ranked.This paper verifies the positive impact of quality culture on the effectiveness of quality improvement,and finds the extent to which the five dimensions of quality culture affect the activities of quality improvement.The research conclusions enrich the research on the influencing factors of quality performance,which helps enterprises to distinguish the focus of quality culture and quality improvement in the process of practice.(2)This paper finds the specific path of the impact of Enterprise quality culture on internal and external quality performance through quality improvement effectiveness.The effectiveness of quality improvement plays a partial intermediary role between quality culture and internal quality performance,and plays a full intermediary role between quality culture and external quality performance.This paper further studies the relationship between the elements of Enterprise quality culture,quality improvement activities,and internal and external quality performance.The research results show that the enterprise quality culture conveys its role to quality improvement,relying on the improvement of quality and routine innovation and continuous innovation,and the long-term impact on the quality results of the enterprise is conveyed by the effect of quality improvement.
