Study On Spatiotemporal Coordination Model Of Land And Space Utilization Quality In Hunan Province

Land space is an important space for human survival and development.With the rapid development of society and the rapid growth of economy,the problems of resource shortage,environmental pollution,ecological space imbalance,low quality of land space utilization,and unbalanced time and space have also appeared in China’s land space;From the actual situation of land and space utilization in Hunan Province,it can be seen that due to the continuous expansion of urban space,the level of land use has declined,and at the same time,the problem of land ecological security has been exacerbated,which has greatly affected the quality of land and space utilization in Hunan Province and the coordination of land and space utilization development.Therefore,effectively improving the quality of territorial space utilization and promoting the coordinated development of territorial space are major strategic issues facing the current development of territorial space.Firstly,it evaluates the quality of land and space use in Hunan Province,and then analyzes the change characteristics of the coordination degree of land and space use quality in Hunan Province.Finally,from the perspective of high-quality development of territorial space,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the quality of territorial space utilization in Hunan Province.This paper takes Hunan Province as the research area,the city area as the research unit,and the "urban-agricultural-ecology" space as the breakthrough point.The main conclusions include:(1)The overall quality of urban space utilization in Hunan Province has shown an upward trend,and the trend is relatively stable.About 66% of prefecture-level cities and towns have a medium-high utilization quality;the overall quality of agricultural space utilization in various municipalities in Hunan Province has shown an upward trend,and about 69% of prefecture-level cities have a medium-to-high level of agricultural space utilization quality;the overall quality of ecological space utilization in various municipalities in Hunan Province shows a fluctuating upward trend.About 64% of the prefecture-level cities have a medium-to-high level of ecological space utilization quality;the overall quality of comprehensive utilization of land and space in various cities in Hunan Province shows a fluctuating upward trend,and the trend is relatively stable.About 65% of the prefecture-level cities have a medium-to-high-quality land.(2)The overall level of coordination of the quality of land and space utilization in Hunan Province shows an upward trend,but the rate of increase and the stability of the increase are different for each system.Among them,the urban space utilization quality coordination degree increased the fastest,the agricultural space utilization quality coordination degree was at a medium level,the ecological space utilization quality coordination degree fluctuated and increased,and the comprehensive space utilization quality coordination degree showed a change trend of dispersion-concentration-dispersion.From the perspective of coordination type changes,the coordination degree changes of urban space,agricultural space,ecological space,and comprehensive utilization space are all mainly "fluctuating".(3)The spatial-temporal coordination degree clustering model of urban spatial utilization quality in Hunan Province is "Chang Zhu Tan urban agglomeration + central and southern Hunan + western Hunan",with the third aggregation range;The spatio-temporal coordination clustering model of agricultural spatial utilization quality is "Chang Zhu Tan urban agglomeration + southeast of Dongting Lake Plain + southern Hunan",and the clustering range is the second;The spatiotemporal coordinated clustering model of ecological space utilization quality is "Chang Zhu Tan urban agglomeration + Hengyang City" model and "Western Hunan" model,with the narrowest clustering range;The spatio-temporal coordination clustering modes of comprehensive spatial utilization quality are "Chang Zhu Tan urban agglomeration + Yueyang City domain + southern Hunan" and "Huai Hua City domain + Zhangjiajie City domain",with the widest clustering range.(4)Urban space needs to make reasonable use of differentiated advantages,improve the construction of supporting facilities,and promote intensive innovation in industrial development.Agricultural space needs to strengthen the protection of permanent basic farmland and cultivated land,guide the development of "agriculture +" new industries,and speed up the improvement of rural living environment.The ecological space needs to protect the ecological protection area,create an ecological cultural development area,and ensure the ecological priority and the balanced development of the three types of space.
