With the adjustment and upgrading of the national industrial economic structure,the operation of small and medium-sized investment enterprises in China is facing fierce competition.Having excellent talents is an important guarantee to continuously stimulate the innovation and creativity of enterprises.If the employees of the enterprise can have the knowledge,skills and relevant qualities required for the position,that is,the post competency is outstanding,it is obvious that the enterprise will have good competitiveness in the industry.As the core staff of small and medium-sized investment enterprises,investment business personnel are the link between enterprises and customers,and play an important role in the operation and development of small and medium-sized investment enterprises.In recent years,although small and medium-sized investment enterprises focus on improving the comprehensive ability of employees in their core positions through employee training,from the perspective of training status and training effect,they still cannot effectively combine with the competency of core positions of enterprises,and the employee training system is not perfect.According to the current situation of operation and management of YO Investment Co.,Ltd.,this paper optimizes the staff training system for investment business posts,the core post staff of the enterprise,by combing the theoretical achievements and practical experience of staff training in domestic and foreign enterprises,and provides effective reference for staff training in small and medium-sized enterprise investment companies.This paper conducts an in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of staff training in YO Company,clarifies the reasons behind the problem,and finally believes that the competency model can make the company’s staff training more targeted.Through the interview of employee behavior events in core business positions of YO Company,the post competency factors were initially obtained,and then relevant verification was carried out through questionnaire survey,and the employee competency model was constructed through questionnaire data analysis.The model is composed of three factors: the core competence of all employees,the general competence of employee sequence,and professional knowledge and skills.Each factor also includes relevant secondary indicators.The post competency model of YO’s investment business has laid the foundation for the optimization of the company’s employee training system.The company’s employee training system has been optimized through the optimization of the training course system,the optimization of training management and the training guarantee measures to make the training system more reasonable and effective.
