Research On The Evaluation Of Coordinated Development Of Dalian Port Logistics And Urban Economy

With the continuous deepening of my country’s economic reform,the continuous enrichment of the level of liberalization,and the continuous extension of the export-oriented economy,the status and role of port logistics in economic development has become increasingly obvious.Port logistics promotes urban economic development through the development of import and export trade and entrepot trade.The growth of urban economy can prompt the government to increase investment in port logistics infrastructure construction,which brings huge room for improvement in local port logistics,thereby driving port logistics development of.Therefore,there is a two-way and mutual relationship between port logistics and urban economic development.In this environment,the collaborative relationship between Dalian port logistics and urban economic development is studied to determine the degree of coordinated development between the two at this stage.On the one hand,it can provide new ideas for the research on the synergistic relationship between port logistics and urban economy,and on the other hand,it can help enhance the overall competitiveness of Dalian port logistics and urban economy.First,this article analyzes the status quo of port logistics and urban economic research,summarizes the existing research results,and defines and combs the core concepts and related theories;secondly,it uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to analyze Dalian The mechanism of the coordinated development of port logistics and urban economy is analyzed,and the test method in the VAR model is used to test the coordinated development relationship between the two,and it is concluded that there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between Dalian port logistics and the urban economy;again,from the sentiment of system and synergy,a synergy degree model of composite system for inferring the coordinated development of Dalian port logistics and urban economy,and divide the coordination grade standard;finally,select the 2009-2018 sequence parameter index data and use the composite system coordination model Evaluate the degree of coordinated development of Dalian port logistics and urban economy,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the evaluation results.Synergy degree model of composite system.The research results show that from 2009 to 2018,the orderliness of the logistics and urban economic subsystems of Dalian Port has shown an upward trend,and the development momentum is good;the order parameters of foreign trade cargo throughput have the most leading role in the contribution of the logistics subsystem of Dalian Port.The order parameter of the total import and export trade has the greatest contribution to the urban economic subsystem;the synergy of the composite system continues to improve with the passage of time.At this stage,the synergy between Dalian port logistics and the urban economy is in a highly synergistic state.Finally,according to the above research and evaluation results,we get the inspiration of the coordinated development of the two,and propose countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of Dalian port logistics and urban economy from the three aspects of coordinated development framework,development foundation and development motivation.
