Research On Regional Innovation Chain Coordination Degree And Control Strategy Based On Entropy Weight-Order Parameter

With the development of our country’s economy entering the stage of high-quality development,regional innovation,as an important point to ensure the healthy development of the economy,is highly valued by many scholars.Regional innovation chain is an important part of regional innovation research,the study of the formation and operation of the regional innovation chain,and then evaluate the coordination degree of the regional innovation chain and proposing control strategies to enhance regional innovation capacity,it is of great significance to improve regional innovation output.First,on the basis of the theory of dissipative structure,the theory of innovation,the theory of competitive advantage and the synergetics theory,the elements of the regional innovation chain and the principle of co-evolution are analyzed,this thesis studies the action mechanism of the elements of regional innovation chain on innovation output and the overall framework of the evaluation system.Secondly,the evaluation index system of coordination degree of the regional innovation chain is constructed.In order to guarantee the feasibility of the index system,the indexes are selected by the combination of statistical comparison and expert evaluation,the weight is calculated by a combination of multiple weighting methods.Finally,an evaluation method of coordination degree of the regional innovation chain based on the entropy weight-order parameter is established to identify the order parameter which plays a leading role in the operation of our country’s regional innovation chain,according to the collected data,the coordination degree of innovation chain in different regions of our country is tested.According to the characteristics of different typical regions,the regulation strategies are given.Therefore,the research on the coordination degree of regional innovation chain should be deepened to provide theoretical and empirical references for promoting the development of regional innovation chain.On the basis of analyzing the development of regional innovation chain in our country,this thesis reveals the basic law of regional innovation chain operation and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the coordination degree of regional innovation chain,then it provides a reasonable basis for improving the quality of regional innovation,accelerating the transformation of economic growth mode to innovation-driven growth mode and accelerating the construction of the innovation-oriented country.
