Research On Coordination Degree Measurement Model Of Regional Innovation System Based On Order Parameter

With the continuous development of technological innovation,innovation model innovation mode from traditional mode and linear chain gradually evolved into a multi subject of synergy,the model with innovative research from independent innovation and integrated innovation to the theory of open innovation,highly valued by our scholars and government departments.However,in the practice of collaborative innovation development,the guidance of collaborative innovation theory is deficient,and it is extremely unfavorable to the development of collaborative innovation in China.Therefore,this paper studies the cooperative development model of the regional innovation system from the perspective of the synergetic middle order parameters.First,the mechanism of the collaborative process of regional innovation system is analyzed in the view of order parameter.The main body of regional innovation system,the resources and environment,analysis of the synergistic effect between different factors,key factors of synergy in order to find the influence;on this basis,the connotation of regional innovation synergy order parameter in the process and the conditions and process,constructs the process model of collaborative development of regional innovation system based on the mechanism of the order parameter to show clear.Secondly,the index system of the cooperative process of regional innovation system based on order parameter identification is constructed.The principle of order parameter identification and analysis of regional innovation system in the collaborative process,build clear principles of index system,and the indexes were screened by membership index and correlation analysis;according to the established index system,the competitive advantages analysis method to identify the parameters of regional innovation system in the process of the system,and extract the main melody the index system.Then,build collaborative membership cloud models on the measurement of regional innovation system,expounds the basic theoretical model of membership cloud models,analysis cooperative measurement method of regional innovation system based on membership cloud models,establish the criteria of coordination and put forward the corresponding control strategy.Finally,we measure the synergy degree of different regional innovation systems,and analyze the synergy degree of Liaoning regional innovation system in detail,and put forward corresponding control strategies.In this paper,the regional innovation system the synergy degree measurement model of the regional innovation system,build scientific and reasonable index system of synergetic development,cooperative measurement model of regional innovation system is established,and the regional innovation system in every area of our country the synergy degree measurement research of different control strategies under the coordination level,has practical reference value.
