Research On The Competitiveness Improvement Strategy Of Testing Company A

The inspection and testing sector has emerged in response to societal and economic change,and its significance is progressively growing.The state has included the inspection and testing business providing high-tech.The industry is experiencing various issues at the same time that it is growing.How to develop the industry structure and how to develop sustainably have become issues that need to be studied.The development history of China’s inspection and testing sector is first summarized and examined in this study,along with the industry’s advancements and problems faced by the industry with statistical data.Then,the independent third-party testing agency Company A is analyzed in detail,focusing on the competitiveness status of A Company.Finally,using the analytic hierarchy process,the weight of the elements that affect the competitiveness of the testing company is analyzed,pointing out that the testing ability and service ability are the key elements that affect the competitiveness.Next,Company A’s current issues are examined in conjunction with the company’s particular business condition.The research results show that Company A has considerable despite its testing capacity’s competitive strength in the third-party testing market,service ability,brand credibility,etc.are still far behind those of large international companies,and measures need to be taken to improve its competitiveness.
