Research On The Evaluation Of The Work Quality Of Third-party Communication Testing Institutions

As a strategic emerging industry in China,the testing industry plays an important role in the development of the entire testing activity.Whether the self-management of the testing organization is reasonable and efficient,how to ensure the quality of the testing and achieve good benefits,and how to improve the quality of the testing organization's work is an urgent problem at present.This thesis selects the E testing institution as the carrier,and through the investigation of the E testing institution,it has comprehensively constructed its work quality management evaluation index system,the system consists of 6 primary indicators and 27 secondary indicators.The Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process were used to obtain the weights of various indicators,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to quantitatively calculate the work quality management of the E detection institution,and finally the final evaluation result was "good grade".According to the results of the comprehensive evaluation of the work quality of the E testing agency,analyze the secondary indicators with lower scores,find improvement measures,and put forward better suggestions for improving the work quality.Combining theory with practice,find out the main deficiencies in the work quality management of E-testing institutions:Inadequate awareness of personnel training,deficient attention to quality management system construction,insufficient technical service capabilities,lack of management awareness of defective products,and weak ability to undertake scientific research projects.According to the lack of five points,put forward corresponding improvement measures:(1)Strengthening the construction of talent team,(2)Actively carrying out quality management group activities,(3)Actively carrying out internal learning and discussion activities,(4)Establishing a detection value chain through intelligent means,(5)Establishing an inspection work knowledge management information platform,And briefly give the specific steps and methods of implementation for reference.
