With the intensification of China’s aging population,the demographic dividend is gradually disappearing,while the continuous growth of the government’s minimum wage and the continuous improvement of social security requirements have made the burden on enterprises increasing,and China’s manufacturing industry is gradually losing its cost advantage.Since the epidemic in 2020,there have been frequent emergencies and great fluctuations in production demand.In order to meet the convenience needs of enterprises for labor,but also conducive to the control of labor costs of enterprises,personnel outsourcing has been rapidly developed and popularized in this context.As the demand for flexible workers increases and workers increasingly embrace flexible working,the flexible labor market has grown rapidly,and the flexible employment work model has been further promoted under the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.A variety of employment methods with labor outsourcing as the main body can not only solve the needs of temporary workers at a small cost,but also meet the diversified work choices of employees,and are increasingly favored by workers.How to combine the labor requirements of traditional manufacturing enterprises and give full play to their advantages in this new flexible employment mode is an important issue facing manufacturing enterprises.This paper takes the outsourcing of S company as the research object,combines the background of the automotive industry and the analysis of the company’s specific situation,analyzes the retention problem and influencing factors of S company in outsourcing employment,and focuses on how to solve the problem of large turnover of outsourced personnel.Through the interview method and questionnaire survey method,it is concluded that the causes of the problem are the lack of organizational identification of outsourced personnel,lack of growth and development opportunities,lack of retention channels,and lack of turnover costs.By establishing an integrated cultural atmosphere to enhance organizational identity,build a skill evaluation mechanism for outsourced personnel,open up the retention channel of outsourced personnel,and increase the turnover cost of outsourced personnel,committed to building a healthy and stable echelon of outsourced personnel.At the same time,the implementation plan and various guarantees of the optimization plan are detailed in detail,so as to effectively promote the stability of personnel and smooth operation and management.This paper applies the theory of job embeddedness and organizational identification to the research on the retention problem and influencing factors of outsourced personnel,combines the detailed information of S company,and promotes the stability of outsourcing employment in S company through scientific analysis and accurate policies,which is of great practical significance in S company in terms of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
