With the world economic integration process gaining momentum,China’s socialist market economic system is gradually improving.At now,with the strong support of the national and local governments,China’s banking industry is at a stage of rapid development.The spillover of human capital in domestic financial institutions has gradually attracted domestic and foreign attention.It stands as an integral topic in the current domestic human resources research to solve the relationship problem between the bank’s talent flow and bank development.This paper,takes the Shenzhen Branch of G Commercial Bank as the research basis,and based on the theory of two-factor incentives,analyzing,researching and summarizing the problem of employee turnover of domestic and foreign enterprise organizations and the research results on the theory of two-factor incentives.With the interview method,the questionnaire survey method and other research methods,this paper analyzes the employee turnover problem of the Shenzhen Branch of G Commercial Bank from the two levels of incentive factors and health care factors.The reasons of health care factors include unsound enterprise management system,inflexible salary system,unreasonable assessment mechanism,unsatisfactory working hours,low job stability,etc.;at the level of incentive factors,they are low recognition by superiors,low work challenge degree,unsmooth promotion channels,low interest in personal work,imperfect training system,etc.After the analysis of the reasons,this paper proposes ten coping strategies for the problem from the two levels of health care factors and incentive factors.At the level of health care factors,it is mainly to upgrade the management system,optimize the salary and welfare system,build a fair assessment system,reduce the pressure on the employees to work overtime,and strengthen the professionalism stability,etc.At the level of incentive factors,it is to build an employee care system,improve career stability,broaden employee promotion channels,stimulate employees’ interest in work,and enhance the company training system.This paper analyzes the employee turnover problem of Shenzhen Branch of G Commercial Bank from two aspects of incentive factors and health care factors,which aims to provide a basis and suggestions for solving the employee turnover problem of Shenzhen Branch of G Commercial Bank and provide a reference for the talent management of the bank industry at home.
