| The competitive pressure faced by the development of high-tech enterprises is also increasingly prominent,especially,the competitive pressure from talents brings great challenges to the human resource management of high-tech enterprises.Technical staff is an extremely important human resource for high-tech enterprises,and the technical staff performance appraisal system is a key link in human resource management,a perfect employee performance appraisal system can not only mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of technical staff,but also improve the innovation ability of technical personnel,thus promoting the steady and rapid development of enterprises,so as to achieve the goal of enterprise operation.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the current situation of the performance appraisal system of XS Company’s technical staff and put forward the improvement plan.Taking XS Company,a high-tech enterprise in Anhui province,as the research object,this paper probes into the problems faced by the performance appraisal system of technical staff in XS Company,using descriptive statistics and structural equation models of survey data,the main problems are lack of consistency between technical staff performance appraisal system and Company’s strategic goal,imperfect design of technical staff performance appraisal index,untimely feedback of technical staff performance appraisal results,and unreasonable application of technical staff performance appraisal results.The reasons are that the main body of performance appraisal is not in place,the system of performance appraisal is not perfect,and the guarantee of performance appraisal system is not tamped.Finally,the paper puts forward the Improvement Plan for the performance appraisal system of XS Company’s technical staff,including the stage of XS Company’s strategic objectives,technical departments and Staff Performance Evaluation Indicators,technical staff performance evaluation results feedback and application of improvement,and put forward the corresponding safeguard measures to promote the smooth implementation of the improvement program.Through the research of the paper,the level of the performance appraisal of the personnel in the technical department is raised,and the example is provided for the appraisal system research of the technical personnel in the high-tech Enterprise,which enriches the train of thought of the appraisal system of the technical personnel in the high-tech Enterprise,for other similar companies to provide reference and reference. |
