Research On The Improvement Of Performance Appraisal System For Nursing Staff In X Pension Enterprises

Private pension institutions can not be separated from society life and become more and more important.It's have characteristics like diverse,customized and PFP,and rapid development have specific requirements of the nursing staffs quality and efficiency,that means working initiative of nursing staff to establish a performance evaluation system with high efficiency has become a key.This paper based on the method as theory of practice,theory into practice,using the questionnaire to find out the problems in existing performance appraisal system of nursing staff in the target enterprise,through the specific analysis to determine the KPI performance index method as a key to deal with the situation,at the same time with interoperability,clarity,fairness,feedback,and other characteristics this method can be perfectly suit for improve the performance appraisal system of nursing staff in X enterprise,actual operation to do this job will depends on the aspects of improvement,implementation,evaluation,feedback,and the application of the results to make a full range of design,in which the improvement to the nursing staff performance appraisal system will be the most important part,including design performance evaluation index and weight,assessment of the main designation and the rationalization of test cycle,will eventually solve the problems as whether the main subjects is clear,whether the appraisal cycle is scientific,whethert the evaluation index and weight of evaluation process are reasonable,whether the processes are fair,whether the assessment results are accurate,whether the feedback is timely and check if it can bring a better development issues.In order to ensure the improvement scheme can be smoothly implemented I design 3 aspects of the safeguard measures,in the end,it can be improved this scheme based on KPI theory does effectively improve the efficiency of performance appraisal of nursing staff in X enterprise,to make the enterprise into the development of a healthy and positive state.
