Research On High Quality Development Of Manufacturing Industry In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Under The Carbon Peaking And Carbon Neutrality Goals

In order to achieve the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry is crucial.The development of manufacturing industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has strong potential and important strategic significance.It not only provides solid support for the realization of the Chinese Dream,but also provides effective guarantees for the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Under the background of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,accurately understanding the meaning of high-quality development of manufacturing industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,deeply exploring its mysteries,and fully playing its positive role will help promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,thus providing important support for achieving high-quality development of China’s economy.This paper aims to explore the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and analyze it based on statistical data from 2012 to2021.First of all,we will define the definition of high-quality development in the manufacturing industry,and construct an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region under the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,and evaluate it.Secondly,the models are constructed to analyze the key influencing factors and obstacle factors that affect the highquality development of the manufacturing industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,providing a foundation for the development strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Finally,corresponding countermeasures are proposed.The research results show that there are significant differences in the high-quality development level of manufacturing industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and its development trend is not balanced.Based on the above conclusions,in order to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the three regions should make full use of their respective advantages according to the actual situation of each region,adopt regional policies,and strive to seek effective measures to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and finally promote the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
