The global spread of COVID-19 has caused the world economy to fall into the most serious recession since the 2008 financial crisis,and the demand for international market has shrunk considerably.At the beginning of the epidemic,not only the China’s production and living order was comprehensively affected,but also the domestic demand once fell sharply.Industrial production was also faced with problems such as insufficient construction and poor supply chain operation.Under the complex and severe situation,the textile industry conscientiously implemented the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council.The workers of the textile industry worked hard to overcome the impact of the epidemic and quickly returned to work and production,which ensured the stable supply of the industry supply chain Thus,the textile industry effectively served the overall situation of epidemic prevention and control and the needs of national economic and social development.Owing to its special historical background and its certain position in the domestic textile industry.This dissertation takes TF company as the target research case,which is representative in the industry.The paper makes a comprehensive analysis of TF’s business development,operating conditions,and internal and external environments in recent years.The results obtained through quantitative analysis of models such as IFE,EFE,and QSPM would be used to compares and analyzes the three alternative corporate strategies of total cost leadership,target concentration strategy,and differentiation strategy.Thus,we would objectively put forward the differentiation strategy as the best strategy of TF company.Then,we would design the company’s strategic development framework,plan the implementation path and clarify the stage objectives.Thus a strategic planning framework will be formed with the target system as the core,the support system as the support,the empowerment system as the driving force and the tasks and measures as the starting point.According to the company’s five business sectors,we would three-dimensionally design the implementation plan of the differentiated strategy,including mechanism innovation,management model and capital guarantee.We would design the implementation plan with clear stage goals and performance indicators from the perspective of landing.We would also proposed five safeguards,including long-term development of talents continuous,compliant operation and management of the enterprise according to law,deepening reform and management empowerment,enhancing innovation drive,and trade double-loop interconnection,to promote the sustainable development of the TF company.At the same time,it would provides corresponding practical reference for the same industry.
