| Food safety is involved in every consumer health and vital interests of the people’s livelihood.Self-employed households as an organizational form in the food business activities in China’s food industry accounted for a large proportion,consumer groups are large,and most of them have small scale,simple equipment and facilities,low entry threshold characteristics.The safety awareness of employees is not high,the operation is not standard,compared with other large food operators,there are food safety risks,difficult to supervise.Whether the safety supervision of the food business activities of self-employed households is in place is the key area of the government’s food safety concern,which is concerned by the public.In China,the design of food safety supervision system for self-employed households is missing and imperfect.Food safety problems,represented by small restaurants of self-employed households,and the quality and safety of food cannot be guaranteed.Research on the safety supervision issues in the food business activities of selfemployed households is helpful to improve the safety status of small catering,standardize the market management system,and ensure the safety and stability of the social people’s livelihood.The thesis takes the supervision of food business activities of self-employed households in Heping District of Tianjin as the research object.First on,the basis of summarizing the characteristics of food business activities of self-employed households and the development and current situation of food safety supervision in Heping District,Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to compare and analyze the effectiveness between enterprises and self-employed households in food safety supervision.The conclusion shows that the food safety supervision work for enterprises is more effective than that for self-employed households in Tianjin Heping Market Supervision Administration.Secondly,according to the results of the interview and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy,the problems existing in the supervision of self-employed households food business activities and the causes of the problems are discussed in detail.Finally,summarize the advanced experience of domestic food safety supervision,discussing the direction of improving the supervision of food business activities of selfemployed households in Heping District from optimizing the way of food safety supervision,taking primary responsibility for food safety.Strengthen oversight of food safety,and establishing a mechanism for coordinated oversight by multiple departments.Promote the development of a food safety supervision platform,and accelerating technological innovation in smart regulation.Strengthen credit supervision over food safety,and creating a new situation of coordinated governance A new situation will be regulatory strategy,efforts to build a food safety supervision model for self-employed households that is suitable for China and Tianjin. |
