With the rapid development of the market economy,the working and living environment in cities tends to be mature.Many employees in urban enterprises will face severe competition and heavy work pressure.The psychological problems represented by job burnout,communication barriers and emotional exhaustion are prominent.These problems not only affect the physical and mental health of employees,but also form potential risks for employers.Enterprise human resource management urgently needs to realize the transformation of management content from external recruitment,salary,welfare,etc.to internal employee career development planning,mental health,etc.EAP is a long-term project set up by enterprises to help employees solve psychological and behavioral problems,which can effectively solve psychological problems of employees,improve organizational management,improve employee and enterprise performance,and promote long-term development of enterprises.Therefore,EAP project has gradually become an important part of human resource management in many enterprises.This study takes Y Technology Co.,Ltd.as the case study object,and adopts the literature research method and questionnaire survey method in the study.Through the review and sorting of relevant research materials at home and abroad,it summarizes the basic theories and research methods,discusses the needs of employees implementing EAP in the company with the help of questionnaire survey,and analyzes the human resources management needs of the company.In order to ensure the validity of the questionnaire,expert test and spss 19.0 were used to test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire.On this basis,the preparation before implementation,the determination of the implementation mode and the implementation design are carried out,the possible problems in the implementation process are estimated,the corresponding optimization measures and suggestions are put forward,the specific implementation and application process is described,and the implementation effect is finally evaluated.This paper starts with the psychological needs of employees to improve the efficiency of human resources management and thus gain competitive advantages for enterprises.Based on the questionnaire data,supplemented by interviews and the professional Symptom Checklist SCL90,this paper diagnosed the psychological problems of employees in company Y,and found that the current psychological problems of employees in company Y can be summarized as follows: the current employees in company Y have symptoms of compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,depression and other problems.After that,the psychological problems of employees before the implementation of EAP were further understood through interviews and descriptive statistical analysis methods such as standard deviation,and it was found that the employees of Y Company would have compulsive ideas and behaviors in their work,tension between colleagues,lack of career planning for the future,lack of social enthusiasm,and be prone to depression.In this paper,the planning,implementation and application of the EAP project of Y Company are studied,and the results are evaluated.So as to provide a new way for the company to solve the psychological problems of employees,and help employees to seek benefits to the maximum extent,so that employees can be satisfied with the company,improve their loyalty to the company,and finally realize the common development of individuals and enterprises.
