Under The Social Network Perspective Of Zhejiang Province Urban Logistics Network Structure Research

In 2018,the “National Logistics Hub Layout and Construction Plan” was issued,which emphasizes the role of logistics hubs in the process of regional development and proposes that the construction of logistics hubs is compatible with the modern economic system on an urban scale.As a participant in the "One Belt,One Road",the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the integration of the Yangtze River Delta,Zhejiang Province has a fast and efficient urban logistics network as an important catalyst for the construction process.However,there are obvious differences between cities in terms of economic scale,logistics market,industry types and geographic location,leading to different scale,level and function of each logistics node,and slow progress in the construction of the overall logistics network.This paper examines the structure of urban logistics networks in Zhejiang Province,with a view to reasonably addressing the current problems facing the development of the logistics industry and promoting the high-quality development of urban logistics.This paper explores the characteristics and dynamic changes of the urban logistics network structure in Zhejiang Province from 2017 to 2021 under a continuous time series.Four primary indicators and nine secondary indicators are used as a framework to construct a urban logistics quality assessment system for Zhejiang Province and evaluate the quality of urban logistics nodes.In the next step,the gravitational force model is used to construct the urban logistics network in Zhejiang Province,improve the parameters of distance and quality,measure the gravitational strength of logistics between cities and summarize the dynamic changes of the logistics network.In order to deepen the understanding of the urban logistics network in Zhejiang Province,the characteristics of the centrality,structural holes,cohesive subgroups and network density of the logistics network are analyzed in conjunction with social network analysis methods.In addition,to further improve the urban logistics network in Zhejiang Province,a geographic probe is used to identify the driving factors of the urban logistics network in Zhejiang Province.It is found that:(1)The quality of logistics nodes in each city varies significantly,and the construction progress in logistics infrastructure and logistics greening varies;(2)The average level of total logistics gravitational value of each city node is on the rise,and the strength of logistics links between more and more cities turns to strong or stronger gravitational relations;(3)The urban logistics network as a whole is closely linked,but the local development is uneven,the inter-city logistics links are flexible and changeable,and there are many possibilities for future development;the level of logistics informatization has the greatest impact on the formation and evolution of the urban logistics network in Zhejiang Province,and the interaction between factors should be valued as bringing greater value.Based on the above study,recommendations are made to leverage economic growth with the upgrading of the logistics industry,promote coordinated regional development,integrate high-quality logistics development into the national development strategy,and contribute more iconic logistics developments to the construction of the Zhejiang Common Prosperity Demonstration Zone.
