With the development of economic integration and the advancement of urbanization,the research on urban-rural e-integration has become a hot and difficult issue in the development of urban and rural issues.The pattern of urban and rural logistics network caused by the dual economic structure of urban and rural areas in China is unreasonable and unscientific has seriously restricted the coordinated development of urban-rural integration.The rapid development of logistics and e-commerce provides a good environment and huge development opportunities for promoting the process of e-integration in urban and rural areas.As a bridge,the two-way logistics network between urban and rural has become an important platform to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural economy.It is of great significance to correctly understand the role of urban and rural two-way logistics network and fundamentally reconstruct the model of urban and rural two-way logistics network for breaking down the dual structure of urban and rural areas and promoting the development of urban-rural e-integration.Therefore,the key to solve the problem is how to speed up the process of rural economic development and urban-rural e-integration by using the mode of rural e-commerce and two-way logistics network in urban and rural areas.In this paper,the author has followed the idea of putting forward the problem,analyzing the problem,solving the problem.First,this paper analyzed the domestic and international research status of the development of urban-rural e-integration two-way logistics network model and the theoretical basis of urban-rural e-integration and urban and rural logisticsgravity model.Second,this paper analyzed the existing problems and the reference points of the existing logistics model between the general logistics mode and the mainstream electrical business platform logistics mode.Third,combined with design principles and ideas,the evaluation index system of urban and rural e-integration level and the comprehensive ability of urban and rural logistics is constructed.Under the combination model of factor analysis and structural equation,the present situation of urban-rural integration and the level of logistics development in urban and rural areas are studied,and also the correlation analysis.On this basis,the urban and rural logistics e-integrated two-way logistics network facility layout is realized,which is based on the combination model of aggregate coverage and logistics gravity.Urban and rural integrated logistics network information model is constructed,which id based on big data,the Internet plus,new retail.Finally,the innovative model is applied to the case of urban and rural two-way logistics network of Guangdong province,and the experience and limitation of the application of the model are deeply explored.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)introducing a novel perspective of urban-rural e-integration,a comprehensive evaluation index system of urban and rural integration with three dimensions and a comprehensive index system of urban and rural logistics network capability with four dimensions is constructed.The correlation degree between urban-rural integration and urban-rural logistics obtained by structural equation model shows that the development of urban-rural logistics has a significant positive impact on the process of urban-rural integration.(2)Based on the combination model of aggregate coverage and logistics gravity,the preliminary construction and final optimization of the two-way logistics facility network under the perspective of urban-rural e integration are obtained.It satisfies the timeliness and scale effect of logistics network,the coordination and matching between urban logistics gravity and logistics membership degree in two-way logistics network are realized.The scale of the whole logistics network system is optimal and the cost is the lowest.(3)to construct an integrated logistics network information model of big data,which is based on "one platform,two alliances and two chains",to effectively integrate urban and rural logistics network resources.Urban and rural e-integrated logisticsnetwork information model based on “one platform,two alliances and two chains” is constructed,it can effectively integrate urban and rural logistics network resources,realize data sharing,improve the efficiency of logistics network system,and ensure the system operation efficiency.The innovations in this paper are as follows:(1)Dynamic balance between Two-way logistics demand and logistics network scale in Guangdong Province;Scientific construction of index system and optimization model of urban and rural logistics facilities network.(2)Learning from international experience and abandoning the drawbacks of traditional models,combined with the characteristics of Guangdong,low cost and green urban-rural logistics model is put forward from two aspects of “line”(urban and rural e-logistics information platform)and “offline”(urban and rural two-way logistics facilities network).(3)The practice of the research in Guangdong makes up for the deficiency of the research on the urban and rural logistics network in Guangdong.To realize the application of“theory→application and practice→ verification and sublimation of theory”,It is helpful to provide mode selection and path design for the development of urban and rural two-way logistics integration in other similar areas of our country.
