Research On Financial Venture Of Taihe Group

The real estate industry is closely related to many industries such as construction,finance,decoration,real estate intermediary,and property management.Therefore,the real estate industry plays an important status in the process of economic growth.The financial venture of different industries are not the same.In contrast,the real estate industry has higher financial venture and is a typical intensive industry of fund.It requires a large amount of capital to be invested in various aspects such as land purchase,planning and construction,engineering construction,and marketing.No matter which aspect of the capital problem occurs,the company may encounter financial venture.In 2022,the scale of the real estate industry peaked,the growth rate slowed,and revenue continued to decline.The national sales market entered a recession.The financial venture of real estate companies continues to rise,and their financial situation continues to deteriorate.Effective analysis and evaluation of the company’s financial venture,proposing reasonable and effective financial venture prevention and control measures,and avoiding the occurrence of financial ventures have become the critical issues for the sustainable growth of real estate enterprises.Taihe Group is a large and medium-sized real estate business engaged in real estate growth.In 2022,the company put on a "ST" hat due to its continuous operating losses.The former 100 billion real estate enterprise is now moving towards the depths of the vortex.This paper selects Taihe Group as the object of study to analyze and evaluate the current financial venture of the enterprise,and then uses F-Score model to comprehensively analyze the company’s financial venture,explore the internal and external causes of the company’s financial venture,and draw relevant suggestions for preventing and controlling financial venture.Through research,it is found that Taihe Group has financing venture,investment venture,and operational venture.This article analyzes the reasons of financial venture in Taihe Group from both the internal and external environment,and proposes corresponding financial venture prevention and control measures for the company’s financing venture,investment venture,and operational venture.As a typical representative of the real estate industry,Taihe Group provides a certain reference for the healthy development of China’s real estate industry.
