| With the development of the times and the changes of the global economic situation,the requirements for enterprises are increasing.In the core competitiveness of enterprises,employee loyalty is one of the important factors,how to effectively enhance employee loyalty is a contemporary enterprise must face and think about the problem.In-depth study of L company sales staff loyalty has important practical significance,can make the company management further clear about the status quo of sales staff loyalty,so as to focus on improving the loyalty of sales staff,build a loyal and capable sales team,reduce staff turnover rate,improve enterprise stickiness,promote the improvement of enterprise economic efficiency and long-term development.On the basis of reading and analyzing relevant literature,this thesis collects data by questionnaire and interview,and analyzes the status quo and influencing factors of sales staff loyalty in L Company.This thesis measures the current loyalty level of sales staff in L company from three dimensions of emotional loyalty,continuous loyalty and normative loyalty,and analyzes the influencing factors combined with the actual situation of L company,and put forward the strategy to promote loyalty.The survey found that L company sales staff loyalty level is not high,there is a great room for improvement.The factors that affect employee loyalty mainly include salary and welfare,corporate culture,training and development,leadership style and development prospects.Combined with the analysis of current situation and influencing factors,the promotion strategies are put forward from six aspects: material incentive strategy based on optimized salary system,spiritual incentive strategy based on enhancing corporate culture,employee growth strategy based on sound training and promotion mechanism,leadership leadership strategy based on improving leadership style,development prospect strategy based on deepening development strategy and perfect management strategy based on pre-employment and leaving management.I hope it can provide reference and reference for the promotion of loyalty of sales staff in L Company,and also provide reference theory and method for other enterprises. |
