| Rural land is the carrier of leisure agriculture and rural tourism.Rural land around big cities can provide a place for urban residents to enjoy idyllic scenery and relax because of its convenient communication with urban center,thus increasing rural employment opportunities and promoting the development of rural industries.On the one hand,the recreation function of rural land can relieve the living pressure of urban residents and provide conditions for meeting the needs of urban residents for leisure and recreation;on the other hand,it can promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and help rural revitalization.However,some rural land has some problems such as inefficient utilization and homogenization of recreational service products.This paper takes the rural land around Wuhan city as an example,obtains 234 valid questionnaires through field research,evaluates the intensity of rural land recreation function and compares its spatial differences,systematically sorts out the influencing factors of rural land recreation function,uses the geographical weighted regression model for empirical test,and finally puts forward reasonable suggestions to promote the play of rural land recreation function.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the theoretical basis of the formation mechanism of recreational belt around the city,an index system of factors influencing the recreational function intensity of rural land around Wuhan was constructed from a micro perspective,which was divided into three aspects: recreational attraction,recreational supporting force and recreational market force.Recreational attraction included resource endowment and agricultural basis,while recreational supporting force included transportation facilities,skill training and activities as well as the characteristics of management main body.The recreation market force includes the demand and operation of the tourist market.(2)The results of spatial autocorrelation analysis showed that the recreational function intensity of rural land around Wuhan had a spatial aggregation phenomenon on the whole,and there was a positive correlation between the sample points and a certain spatial heterogeneity.The high-intensity areas of rural land recreation function are concentrated in Tongzhou Village of Wulijie Street in Jiangxia District,Yadu Brigade of Cihui Street and Qunli Brigade of Dongshan Street in Dongxihu District,Jizhuang Village of Yuxian Street i and Fuyuan Village of Zhangwan Street in Caidian District.The results of global trend analysis showed that from west to east,the intensity of land recreation function decreased gradually,and from north to south,the intensity of land recreation function changed in an inverted U-shaped curve,and the change range in the east-west direction was less than that in the north-south direction.(3)By comparing the operation results of the ordinary least square model and the GWR model,it is found that the GWR model has better fitting effect.The results showed that the expected attitude towards future development,the time of settlement of the network platform and the ratio of catering income had positive effects on the rural land recreational function intensity,while the proportion of agricultural land,the total amount of parking space and the age of the management subjects had negative effects on the rural land recreational function intensity,and the ratio of agricultural land had the greatest spatial difference. |
