Under the background of the new era,with the development of urbanization,the tight and land relationships,and the gap between urban and rural areas still exist.The development path of multifunctional land use must be taken,and scientific control of land use must be taken to improve the efficiency of land resources.This paper takes each county in Shandong Province as a research unit,constructs an evaluation index system for production,living,and ecological functions under the support of sustainable development concepts and location theory,and measures the land use function of Shandong Province from 2000 to 2020 based on land use types.It analyzes its spatial distribution pattern,spatial agglomeration and differentiation characteristics,and temporal change characteristics,through geographical detectors and geographical weighted regression models,the spatiotemporal impact factors of land use multifunction were explored,and based on the goal of multi-functional collaborative development,a multi-functional zoning plan for land use in Shandong Province was formulated,and regulatory measures to coordinate the multi-functional land in Shandong Province were proposed.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The spatial difference between the east and west directions of the total land use function of Shandong Province is greater than that in the north-south direction,showing a spatial pattern of gradual decrease from east to west and from north to south,and the spatial difference between north and south is gradually narrowing,and the center of gravity gradually shifts to the northeast.The production function was generally weakened and scattered in space;The overall enhancement of life functions,with high and low areas centered on each urban area;The ecological function has declined,and the spatial surface and point distribution are staggered,forming a spatial pattern of high east and low west.Through global autocorrelation analysis,except for the 2020 life function,other functions show a global positive correlation,and each function has different aggregation types in different time and space.During the whole study period,the land use production function and ecological function were in a state of slow degradation,and the land use life function showed a slow improvement trend.(2)The production functions are different from the land reclamation index,the distance from the central city center,the economic density,the proportion of the first industrial structure,and the population density factors.;The living functions are mainly affected by the per capita net income of farmers,fiscal budget income,total retail sales of social consumer goods,and slope.The influence of the central center center center distance,slope,and temperature has always been strong,mainly affected by the interaction between the first four factors and other factors.Economic density,first industrial structure,population density,and fiscal budget income have gradually weakened the power of land use functions,and various factors have a great impact on the space-time pattern of land use function.(3)Based on the results of multifunctional evaluations of the land use of Shandong Province,the use of coupling coordination,functional advantages,and balance of land use multi-functional partitions are optimized,and optimization strategies are proposed for different land use functional partitions.
