In the new development period,the promotion of corporate culture to the development of enterprises is increasingly prominent,through the construction of corporate culture to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises has become one of the contents that enterprises focus on.At the same time,the report of the 20 th National Congress proposed to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises,speed up the strengthening of state-owned enterprises,improve their core competitiveness,improve the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics,and promote entrepreneurship,we will accelerate the building of world-class enterprises.CT company is a small state-owned enterprise,which plays an important role in promoting the economic development of the region where it is located,it is necessary to carry out research on how to improve the quality of corporate culture construction.In this thesis,CT company as the research object,on the basis of systematic study of corporate culture,state-owned corporate culture and corporate culture measurement model,this thesis selects the OCAI corporate culture scale as the theoretical basis for the questionnaire to investigate the current situation of corporate culture construction in CT Company,designs the questionnaire reasonably according to the actual conditions of the research objects,and tests the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,ensure that the data obtained is accurate and valid.After summarizing the existing achievements of corporate culture construction of CT Company,through analyzing the questionnaire data and refining the interview results,the problems of enterprise culture construction of CT company in spirit,system,behavior and material are found out.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,the thesis puts forward some suggestions and measures for the improvement of the corporate culture construction.The research results of this thesis can not only enrich the theoretical basis of enterprise culture construction in state-owned enterprises,but also provide practical materials for perfecting modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics.
