Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The New-type Collective Economy Development In B Village In Northern Jiangsu Province

The new rural collective economy is a form of cooperative economy based on legal provisions and the principle of voluntary equality.Promoting the new type of collective economy in rural areas is in line with China’s basic national conditions and objective requirements of agricultural conditions,and is an important guarantee for achieving rural revitalization.During the period from 2013 to 2022,the government issued a series of policies related to the new rural collective economy,promoting the development of the commodity economy,accelerating the reform of property rights system,and improving rural management system,bringing new opportunities for rural economic transformation and prosperous development.Therefore,enhancing the self-development ability of rural collective economy and exploring diversified development models are the necessary paths to promote rural revitalization and enhance agricultural modernization.This article takes the participation of multiple entities in the practice of the new rural collective economy as the starting point for research.Firstly,it sorts out and summarizes the current practical problems and development models of the new rural collective economy in China.Secondly,taking B Village in northern Jiangsu as the specific research object,combined with the relevant theories of collective economic development,using three methods:literature research,case analysis,and survey analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of the new collective economic development of the village from the perspective of the participation of multiple entities such as the government,enterprises,collective organizations,and individual farmers.Through survey questionnaires and sampling interviews,in-depth research is conducted on the problems in the development of the village,The main problems that exist in the participation of the four major entities in the development of collective economy in B Village in northern Jiangsu are:insufficient government driving force,weak enterprise participation,insufficient marketization ability of collective organizations,and low interest of individual farmers in the development of collective economy.Then,based on the analysis of the causes of this problem,further analyze the advanced models of domestic collective economic development,and summarize the experience and inspiration of advanced cases in the areas of "village community integration","capable economy",and "village enterprise co construction".Finally,in response to the participation of multiple entities in the collective economic development of B Village in northern Jiangsu,the development model is determined,and suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated participation of multiple entities in economic development with the four major entities as the core,including measures such as strengthening the system and functional transformation of the government,reforming the land system to build the village enterprise collective economy,implementing the integration of village and society,and cultivating "capable" and "everyone" in the collective economy.
