Study On The Development Path Of Forest Health Tourism In Youxi,Fujian Province

In recent years,with the increasing pressure of people’s life and psychology,the arrival of an aging society,and the occurrence of novel coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19),healthy life has become an urgent need for people.The development of "forest health tourism" has gradually become a new trend of the times,with its development philosophy moving in the same direction as the goal of "healthy China" and becoming an important driving force for economic growth.Capital from various industries has focused on this "cake" and flocked to it.Forest is the cradle of human civilization.With the progress of material civilization and spiritual civilization,human beings have walked out of the forest and are now trying to return to the forest.Such a cycle is not only the progress of human civilization,but also the inevitable return to human life cycle.The healthy and sustainable development of forest health tourism is an inevitable requirement in the process of Chinese path to modernization,and plays a significant role in promoting the construction of beautiful villages in the new era,the integration of rural three industries,and the overall revitalization of rural areas.This article selects Youxi County as the research case.Firstly,it defines relevant concepts and sorts out basic theories,and conducts a SWOT(Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats)analysis of forest health tourism resources in Youxi County;Through field research,an evaluation system of tourist satisfaction indicators for forest health tourism in Youxi County has been established,with 56 indicators covering five dimensional elements of forest health destination resources,environmental factors,facility construction,management service level,and product function attributes;Then,a detailed analysis was conducted on the questionnaire data,including reliability analysis,validity testing,basic information of tourists,and frequency of behavioral intention.Then,paired sample T tests were conducted on the overall IPA(Importance Performance Analysis)analysis(dimensions)and evaluation factor IPA analysis(items),respectively,to obtain a four quadrant matrix diagram of IPA analysis;Based on the five dimensions and the quadrant positions of each indicator item,the problems of forest health tourism in Youxi County in key areas that urgently need to be improved,areas with low priority,and areas that continue to be maintained are identified.Then,the root causes of the problems are analyzed in depth with the help of the cloud map of tourist opinions and suggestions.The overall data results show that the overall satisfaction of tourists in forest health tourism in Youxi County is relatively good,but there are also some shortcomings.Finally,based on the feedback of tourists from the selected four forest health bases using the IPA analysis method,this article clarifies the development path improvement strategy of forest health tourism in Youxi County from the perspectives of tourism resources,supporting facilities,health functions,product development,and service effectiveness.It is hoped that this study can provide theoretical reference for Youxi County to better develop forest health tourism,transform resource advantages into competitive advantages,and also provide strong practical guidance for the development of other forest health tourism destinations.
