Study On Sustainable Development Of Suining County Rural Tourism Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy is a major decision and plan made by the Party and the state in the new era.It gives priority to the development of rural areas in accordance with the general principle of "thriving industries,livable ecology,civilized culture,effective governance and prosperity".Rural tourism is one of the important ways to realize rural revitalization,and sustainable development is an important way to develop rural tourism.For Suining County,the development of rural tourism is in the industrialization stage,but in the sustainable development,there are still some problems.This study aims to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the sustainable development of suining county rural tourism by studying and analyzing the sustainable development of suining county rural tourism and putting forward the sustainable development countermeasures.On the basis of field investigation,combined with the existing literature study,first of all,according to the expert scoring,using Delphi method,from the economic construction,ecological environment,cultural shaping,service management,and social development five aspects to build rural tourism sustainable development evaluation index system,then USES the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to calculate the weights of each index;Then,select the suining wei town,yao town,wang town three areas as the typical research area for empirical research,with each layer weights are calculated by raw score total score of each research area judgement standard on the basis of the rural tourism development stage,three town rural tourism sustainable development ability comprehensive scoring average of 86.208 points,The whole is in the stage of sustainable development.The score of Yao ji Town is 86.403,which is slightly higher than the mean level and in the advanced stage of sustainable development;the score of Wang ji Town is 86.613,which is higher than the mean level and in the advanced stage of sustainable development;the score of Wei ji Town is 85.608,which is lower than the mean level but also in the advanced stage of sustainable development.The study finds that the rural tourism resources in Suining County are rich in types,but there are some disadvantages in the development process,such as insufficient investment in infrastructure,poor environmental awareness protection,lack of brand and cultural construction,insufficient satisfaction of service level and weak marketing promotion.To realize the sustainable development of suining county’s rural tourism under the background of rural revitalization,it is suggested to start from five aspects: firstly,excavate cultural connotation and enrich tourism content;Two is to broaden marketing means,strengthen publicity and promotion;Third,increase investment and improve infrastructure;Fourth,protect the ecological environment,enhance environmental awareness;Fifth,we will strengthen institutional guarantees and improve government services.
