Research On Application Of Agile Management In Mobile Project Of E-commerce Platform

As the leader of the domestic banking industry,I Bank has been deeply involved in the field of banking technology for many years,and has established a complete management system of banking technology projects.With the growing trend of Internet finance,Bank I has created an e-commerce platform and started a journey of bank e-commerce.The Internet industry is not the general Red Sea of the traditional banking industry,but the blue ocean full of unknowns.Domestic and foreign giants are racing around in this field.The demand for science and technology in the banking industry is steady and certain,and the pace is relatively slow.In order to adapt to the rapid competition and seize the market opportunities,the Internet needs to be flexible and iterative.E-platform’s competitors are mostly Internet giants,which has brought great impact on E-platform’s conservative project management system.How to adapt to the competitive atmosphere of the Internet industry and realize the rapid launch of software.E platform itself relies on I Bank’s technology management system.How to innovate the project management methods and improve the energy efficiency of project management in the current technology management system is an arduous challenge for E platform and a series of similar enterprise platforms.This paper takes E-platform as the research object,and achieves the goal of improving the efficiency of E-platform project management by introducing the related concepts of agile development into project management.First of all,this paper analyzes the present situation of project management of E-platform,and expounds in detail the management problems currently faced by E-platform,including the organizational structure,project establishment process,R&D process,project schedule control and so on.Through the combination of theory and practice,according to the agile management theory and the actual situation of E-platform,this paper puts forward targeted optimization strategies,and forms a project management solution of E-platform based on agile management.Finally,taking the mobile merchant center project as an example,the implementation process of agile management applied to the mobile merchant center project is elaborated in detail,and the implementation effect is analyzed.
